For years, 33-year-old Hélène has lived happily with Mathieu in Bordeaux. Their deep bond has been put to the test since Hélène was diagnosed with a rare lung disease. While she has given up hope of a cure and is increasingly turning in on herself, Mathieu is convinced that a lung transplant can turn the tide. Searching for answers, Hélène stumbles upon a Norwegian blogger who is seriously ill and describes his situation with humor. On a whim, she travels to the Far North to meet him and come to terms with herself and her fate.
