This Thursday (7 November) at 21:30, the film will be introduced by Lasha Kavtaradze: a journalist and media researcher from Tbilisi, Georgia. Last year he has conducted a research regarding Georgian queer activism online. In 2013-2016 he was a communications manager at EMC, one of the local human rights NGOs working on LGBT+ rights and queer emancipation. During his journalism career, he was regularly covering LGBT+ related topics. He has translated into Georgian texts from various decolonial, feminist and queer scholars, including Leticia Sabsay, Chi Chi Shi, Joseph Massad, Dean Spade, etc.
